The principle of the action
After applying the drug to the skin Aversectin C1 is gradually distributed over the skin and hair of the animal, providing a contact insecticidal-acaricidal action in places of localization of parasites (on the skin, in the hair follicles and sebaceous glands), and after absorption it has a prolonged systemic effect of nematodes and insecticidal-acaricidal effect. Aversectin C1 blocks the nerve impulses what leads to disruption of muscle innervation and finely to paralysis and death of a parasite, Ixodic ticks and Nematodes. Fipronil accumulates in the epidermis, hair follicles and sebaceous glands of the animal and provides a long-term contact insecticidal-acaricidal effect, alteration the nerve impulses what leads to disruption of muscle innervation and finely to paralysis and death of a parasite, and ticks. Praziquantel is absorbed through the skin, enters the bloodstream, organs and tissues, including the intestines, where it affects to function in cestodes, based on increasing the permeability of the parasite’s cell membranes for calcium ions, which leads to disruption of neuromuscular innervation, paralysis and death of helminths ,and facilitates their removal from the gastrointestinal tract.

Contraindications
The use of drug is not allowed for pregnant and lactating cats, kittens younger than 2 months of age, as well as animals that are at the stage of recovery after surgery. Contraindicated in individuals suffering from or recovering from infectious diseases. It is not used simultaneously with other antiparasitic drugs.
